I have a confirmed transaction, but I can not see the KRED in my wallet, what happened?
Congratulations, you are now the proud owner of $KRED!
You may review your transaction with the transaction hash you have received, on bscscan.com.
You will also be able to view, the $KRED you have purchased through our platform https://yourkred.jedstar.app, which will be launched in January 2022.
Through this platform you will be able to claim your $KRED after each unlock period, and only then see $KRED in your wallet.
When will the Extended Presale Platform Launch?
Once the platform has been launched, you will receive an email inviting you to complete your transaction. If you have not received your invite please be patient. We will send your invite once your phase is ready to enter into the platform.
How long will the Extended Presale take place?
You will have 48 hours from the time you received your personal email invite to complete your transaction.

Why are you launching in phases?
We want to provide everyone with the best customer experience and support. The only way we can do this is by dividing buyers in manageable groups.
When will I get my 500 $JED token?
As soon as the entire PRESALE process has been done for all users we will airdrop the $JED into your wallets. We will also communicate in advance when the PRESALE is finished.
Can I change my quantities?
Your slot quantities that you have chosen on your form will be pre-populated and cannot be changed. The team has done their best to make contact and confirm the information submitted.
If I am in a later phase, does this affect my ability to purchase?
Not at all. The choices you made in your form are locked and reserved. The phase you are assigned to does not affect your ability and amount you purchase.
Will there be support during the time the platform is online?
Support will be handled on our Telegram https://t.me/kredpresalesupport during the times of 10:00 UTC – 18:00 UTC.
I am having trouble with KYC, what do I do?
While we may verify on our end, if the issue is related to documentation uploading i.e blur or cropped image etc. The team will not be able to assist with anything else pertaining to the KYC as the application is processed and governed by the laws of the country you are living in.
The transaction does not seem to complete, and I keep seeing errors, where do I get help?

Do take note, that as we have would waited for your confirmation prior to reserving your slot(s), any change request post this confirmation, would not be guaranteed and would delay your purchase
Can I change my $KRED wallet address after my transaction goes through?
No. The smart contract as well as your KYC is linked to your wallet address. However, after your lockout period, you can claim your $KRED from our platform. Once claimed you can transfer your $KRED to another BEP20 based wallet address of your choice.
